Chief Compliance Officer

Morgan has been with the firm since its inception and leads the development and implementation of the firm’s compliance program. She works closely with both internal teams and regulatory authorities to ensure all compliance requirements are met. Morgan also identifies potential areas of vulnerability and risk, and develops corrective action plans to address them. Prior to joining Calydon Capital, Morgan served as the Operations and Compliance Manager at Green Square Capital and previously worked as an Operations Manager at Raymond James Financial. She is a member of the firm’s Management Committee.

Morgan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Memphis’ Fogelman College of Business and Economics. She holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP®) designation and a Series 65 license.
